Machined Components
The Manchester factory houses over 100 machine tools capable of performing a multitude of tasks from simple keywaying to complex 5 axis CNC machining.
Specialist areas are; conventional and CNC milling, turning (shafts up to 2m in length), cylindrical, surface and bore grinding. Keywaying, broaching, robotic welding and cryogenic assembly. All processes are fully inspected using CNC CMM’s.
